Gatwick has launched a series of detailed access guides to help passengers needing assistance navigating the airport. Covering 30 different areas, from car parks to security and departure gates, the free guides have been produced in partnership with AccessAble, the accessibility information provider, whose trained experts have checked them on site. Anna-Ruth Cockerham, Gatwick’s accessibility manager, said: “We know everyone’s accessibility needs are different, which is why having detailed, accurate information is so important. These guides will help London Gatwick achieve its vision to be the airport for everyone, whatever your journey.”
