For the 2024 Alfa travel brochure we worked with Graeme and his team at Let’s Talk Ageing in completing a full review of the 2023 brochure highlighting where improvements can be made, Graeme also held a workshop with the marketing team to help grow our understanding of how to market with the correct tone of voice for our customers, Graeme has really helped the team think in a different way about marketing and we have made some big changes to the 2024 brochure from the feedback of the focus group. This is keeping in line with a customer focus which is always at the heart of all our marketing here at Alfa Travel.
